Our traditional chicken is prepared and cooked in store using only top quality fresh chicken from reliable and accountable UK suppliers and our exclusive and unique chicken breading! Our chicken burgers are not minced or processed, just tender pieces of spring chicken breast coated and cooked the only way Chesters can!
Our pizzas are prepared and baked in-store using only freshly made dough and ingredients!
Our fries are pure potato blanched in sunflower oil and all Chesters cooking oils are free from harmful trans fats!

The Personalities Behind Chesters
The brainchild and founder of Chester’s is Khalid Yussuf. Khalid’s business acumen is outstanding. Khalid has a range of successful businesses under his belt – from distribution, to real estate to importation. Though, it’s his expertise in the food industry that is to be noted and admired...
Khalid started his first fast food outlet in 1990 in London. At this time there weren't many outlets that catered for the Halaal and kosher markets. Khalid identifying this niche speculated in this concept – catering for ALL, and he has never looked back. This is just one example of Khalid’s pioneering skills that have made him so successful.
In these 30 years Khalid has seen his fast-food empire mushroom. Currently he has a fair share of the food markets in the London and Leicester areas – but it’s the phenomenal growth of Chester’s that stands out from the rest.
This fast food concept was initially conceived in 2004 as a result of the major gap between the well known brands on the high street and the halaal and diverse markets. We felt we needed to cater for the general market as well as the ever growing diverse and niche communities... we cater for everyone!
Even though the Chesters brand may still seem quite young in business terms, the team behind Chesters have a wealth of experience in this industry... more than 60 years between them!
